BusinessForce Endorses Candidates in 2022 Races

Supports Pro-Business candidates for Tri-County area local and state races

BusinessForce announces the endorsement of candidates in Tri-County races (Orange, Seminole, Osceola) that are running for open seats in November. The endorsements come after candidates completed questionnaires, participated in interviews, and followed deliberations by BusinessForce board members. The endorsements were determined based on candidates who demonstrated their support for pro-business public policy.

  • Orange County Commission, District 4 – Mercedes Fonseca

  • Orange County Commission, District 6 – Roberta Walton Johnson

  • Osceola County Commission, District 4 – Cheryl Grieb

  • Orange County School Board Chair – Teresa Jacobs

  • Florida Senate District 15 – Kamia Brown

  • Florida House o Representatives District 36 – Rachel Plakon

  • Florida House of Representatives District 37 – Susan Plasencia

  • Florida House of Representatives District 41 – Bruce Antone

  • Florida House of Representatives District 47 – Dan Marquith
